1st way to get skinny ALONE is worth the price of the audio-book. JUST using this idea will get you skinny.
2nd way to get skinny is a new idea, thinking about this for ourselves shows WHY or why NOT our belly is big. This is life changing here.
3rd way helps with not only weight loss, but time management, and money management
4th way-I use to do the opposite of this and was suffering, this is necessary for weight loss
5th way changes your thoughts, i JUST started this, works wonders for anyone, knowing this will help getting ANYONE "sexy"
